Dr Clare Cullen
MChiro
Doctor of Chiropractic
Chiropractor & Founder

Registered with the GCC, SOT europe and the UCA.

Clare decided to study Chiropractic after she saw how it helped her Father recover from a back injury.

“The body has an innate intelligence and it is programmed for health. I learned the importance of a functioning nervous system for the body to heal and express health. I was struck by how much sense this made to me and I wondered why this had not been impressed upon me during my undergraduate studies”.

She graduated from the University of Surrey in 2002 with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic. This was just the beginning of her love of learning and understanding holistically the workings of the human body and what you need to fully express a healthful life.

For Clare, this includes regular chiropractic care as well as yoga, pilates, running and cycling; preparing food that is both health-giving for her family and herself and not to the detriment of the earth. She has learned that her mind is better controlled when mindful of any negative “chatter” and instead give her thoughts to gratitude for life rather than complaints.

Dr Nikky Popham

Doctor of Chiropractic
Chiropractor

Registered with the GCC and the UCA.

Nikky found chiropractic 25 years ago after a back injury sustained through competitive gymnastics and knew it was the career for her. She trained at the Welsh Institiute of Chiropractic and graduated in 2010. Her passion is to help people achieve optimal health through chiropractic and healthy living so we can become the best versions of ourselves.

Married with three beautiful young children she is very much involved in her local Ashtead community. Nikky has a special interest in helping women during pregnancy and post-birth.

As well as a Chiropractor Nikky is also a registered level 2 Hypopressives instructor. Hypopressives is a system of postures and breathing techniques that help balance the diaphragm and pelvis. This technique helps the body to heal after pregnancy, childbirth and abdominal surgeries and regain structure and strength in the core and pelvic floor.

Sophie Beal
BSc Hons., Dip. SRMT
Massage Therapist

Qualifying from St. Mary’s University with a Sports Science Degree in 2010, Sophie went on to work within the sports industry for UK Sport as an administrator throughout the 2012 Olympic Games and beyond. Having suffered various injuries mainly from playing Netball, Sophie discovered Sports Masasge and Chiropractic treatments which prompted her to combine her passion of sport with helping people, by studying a Diploma Level 5 in Sport and Remedial Massage, at the London School of Sports Massage.

Using Sports Masasge and Soft Tissue Therapy techniques, Sophie’s passion is to help people on their journey of healing by offering a treatment which aims to give people back their confidence in trusting their bodies again. Once the feeling of pain and discomfort is lessened, this enables the body to move more freely so that functional movement and strength can then be built upon. Working alongside the chiropractors at Ewell, complements this approach well.

Recently Sophie has discovered the world of weightlifting in the gym which keeps her busy and sane, whilst looking after her young family and lovely dog.
